Founding & Managing Partner

Attorney Bien-aime currently practices the following areas of law: Immigration Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Contract Law, Consumer Protection Law, Personal Injury, Criminal law, and Car Accident.

Attorney Arold Bien-Aime earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia. He obtained his law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in Massachusetts. Prior to and while attending law school, Attorney Bien-aime worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in several Critical care and Rehabilitation Hospitals, as well as Homecare, where he acquired combined Critical care, Rehab, and Homecare experience.

Attorney Bien-aime, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar, as well as the U.S. Federal Court, and he is authorized to practice before the immigration courts.

The U.S. Legal system is complex and challenging. Attorney Bien-aime is committed to helping people in need of justice, including families and businesses. He represents his clients zealously and provides results.

Brayden Iturrondo

Legal Assistant/ Office Manager

Brayden Iturrondo is a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at AROLD LAW PLLC. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctorate at New England School of Law. Before Law School, Brayden graduated cum laude from the Colby-Sawyer College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in both History & Political Science and Media Communications. During his time in his undergraduate program he served as a chairman for the Campus Activities Board, President of the Video Production Club, a chairman in the Community Council that upholds campuses code of conduct and imposed sanctions, and as a member of the emerging leaders organization. During this time Brayden became passionate about the law and the structure of society deciding to dedicate himself to use the law to benefit those less fortunate and develop stronger and safer communities in his home state of Massachusetts.

Julia Sicard

Legal Assistant

Julia Sicard is a Legal Assistant at AROLD LAW PLLC. She also is a rising 2L at Lewis and Clark Law School pursing a Juris Doctorate and Master of Law degree in Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Law. Julia hopes to specialize in environmental justice, health law, and toxic tort litigation. While in law school, Julia has held positions as a legal research assistant, a first-year representative on the Environmental Law Caucus, and a student editor for Northwest Environmental Defense Center. Most recently, she accepted a position on Law Review. Before law school, Julia graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science. Having worked for a grassroots nonprofit and acted as a voice for change on her undergraduate campus’ sustainability counsel, Julia is passionate about using the law to foster safe and healthy communities.”

Legal Intern

Dayna Cohn is a Legal Intern at AROLD LAW PLLC. She is also a rising Junior at Indiana University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Law and Public Policy. After graduating, she will continue her academic and legal journey by attending Law School. While completing her Undergraduate Degree, Dayna has held the position of Legal and Compliance Intern for Indiana University's 24 division one sports teams. Most recently, she was granted into and accepted the opportunity to join her schools Prestigious Honors Program, in which she will conduct and present research regarding Pressing Legal and Public Policy Problems and Debates across the country. Having focused her education on fostering the common good, Dayna is passionate about using the law in such a way that uplifts her community.

Madison

Madison Carito

Legal Assistant

Madison Carito is a Legal Assistant and Office Manager at AROLD LAW PLLC. She supports the law firm in numerous different capacities, including legal research, assisting with the production of pleadings, filing pleadings with state and immigration courts and USCIS, and acting as the initial point of contact for all matters in the office.

Madison handles all of the initial intake calls, taking the time and attention to speak with the individual about their concerns as if they were her own. She then presents them to the attorneys to efficiently identify if and how the firm can assist. Communication is the key in getting each problem solved and Madison is well equipped to ask the right questions and obtain the answers.

On top of the legal support she provides, Madison also handles many of the administrative aspects for the office including assisting with client billing and scheduling.

Madison is in her 4th year at Suffolk University finishing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology....2019-2023.
